Architectural design

Careful reconstruction of common spaces preserves the historic character of the building, but each flat provides high standard and meets the requirements of today’s modern living. Bathroom enlargement, lighting of rooms, new windows, replacement of all wiring, modern gas heating – it is just a few changes, which the complete reconstruction needed. The project was created by architect Němeček from the project office PlanPoint.

Materials chosen:

• Austrian wood floor Steirer,
• Italian tiles,
• bathroom accessories from Villeroy Boch,
• modern kitchen brand Vega and domestic appliances from Siemens,
• new doors of German production,
• switches and sockets from ABB,
• color videophone,
• LAN wiring a TV in each room,
• connection to cable and satellite,
• the possibility of installing a security system,
• §one key system from Swiss company KABA.
